Paid for the service online. Then we found out the packrat was arriving two days later than planned and I immediately called Eric and he said no problem on making the change!! They reconfirmed the job the night before and texted the morning of the job to say they were on their way! His team of Denzel, Danny, and Connor had the packrat unloaded and put in the two story condo in an hour! The three guys were polite, professional, and friendly and got the job done! They carried those dressers up the flight of stairs and pivoted around corners with ease!!!! If you need help unpacking a moving vessel; def recommend!! This is the second time that I used them for moving from a first-floor apartment to a third floor. Denzell, Dany and Drew made a great team to make the move smoothly and took care of all the furniture and boxes accommodating them in the truck in a responsible and timely manner. Even though, it was raining today, they took excellent care of everything, noting got wet. Also, Eric takes care of the coordination of the teams and quotes diligently, 100% satisfied. First time that I used them, Dion and Dany took care of the moving same way, and the move was from a third floor to a first one, smooth as well. Very impressed with the team, honest, respectful, diligent and customer service oriented. They're my go to moving company.
